Are you a Star programmer? Are you fascinated by the obstacles that Java puts in the way of good clean code?

Are you intrigued by compiler and language design?

Then you may be whom are are looking for!

We are building a platform for doing real-time analytics and event processing. We have an approach that combines model driven architecture and a new functional-first programming language -- called Star. It even has speech actions!

We think that this is the future of programming; but we are content to carve out the world of real-time event handling and analysis.

So if you think that declarative programming is worth the effort; but also understand that computers do not contemplate navels.

If you understand what a CPS transformation is; and can explain what a Monad really is; then you may be for us.

We are looking for someone who can help with the development of the compiler.

You may have 20 years under your belt; or you may be bright-eyed and bushy tailed from school. Not as important as being creative and open to hard work.

Get information on how to apply for this position.
